 Knjiga v glavnem vsebuje pisma, ki jih je Maharaj Sawan Singh (ki so ga ljubeče klicali tudi Veliki Mojster) pisal svojim prvim ameriškim učencem med leti 1911 in 1934. Podana je tudi kratka zgodovina Sant Mata v ZDA ter povzetek učenja. Pisma so bila napisana v času, ko še ni bilo Sant Mat knjig in so usmerjala ter navdihovala tiste prve učence, izmed katerih jih je le nekaj imelo priložnost srečati Mojstra osebno. Pisma so polna ljubečnosti in modrosti; pojasnjujejo vse vidike učenja ter podrobno opisujejo notranje potovanje ter način življenja, ki se zahteva od učenca. Consisting mainly of letters written between 1911 and 1934 by Maharaj Sawan Singh to his first American disciples, this volume also contains a brief history of Sant Mat in America and a concise summary of the Sant Mat teachings. The letters were written at a time when there were no Sant Mat books to provide guidance and inspiration for those early disciples, very few of whom had the opportunity to meet their Master in person. Full of affection and practical wisdom, the letters explain all aspects of the teachings and give detailed descriptions of the inner journey and the way of life required of the devotee.
