 Principalmente consiste en cartas escritas entre los años 1911 y 1934 por Maharaj Sawan Singh, cariñosamente conocido como el Gran Maestro, a los primeros discípulos norteamericanos. Este volumen contiene también una breve historia del comienzo de Sant Mat en Norteamérica y un resumen de las enseñanzas de Sant Mat. Las cartas fueron escritas en los tiempos en que no existían libros sobre Sant Mat que sirvieran de guía e inspiración a esos primeros discípulos.
