ઈસુ ખ્રિસ્તનો ઉપદેશ ભાગ-1

 

પશ્ચિમના લોકોને સંબોધિત કરતી વખતે મહારાજ ચરનસિંહજી મોટાભાગે ન્યુ ટેસ્ટામેન્ટના  ગોસ્પેલના આધારે સત્સંગ કરતા હતા. આ પુસ્તક એ જ વાર્તાલાપ પર આધારિત છે. એમાં મહારાજજીએ ઈસુના એક શિષ્ય જૉ ન દ્વારા ગોસ્પેલમાં દર્શાવેલાં ઈસુનાં વચનોની આધ્યાત્મિક સમજૂતી આપી છે. એમાં તેમણે ઈસુનાં વચનોમાં રહેલા એ સનાતન સત્ય પર પ્રકાશ પાડ્યો છે, જે ધાર્મિક સિદ્ધાંતો કરતાં ક્યાંય ઊંચાં છે. આ પુસ્તકમાં ગોસ્પેલના દરેક કથનને મહારાજ ચરનસિંહજીએ સમજાવ્યું છે. આ પુસ્તકમાં બાઈબલ તથા ખ્રિસ્તી મતના અલગ અલગ પાસાંઓ અંગે શ્રોતાઓએ પૂછેલા પ્રશ્નો અને મહારાજજીએ આપેલા ઉત્તરોનો પણ સમાવેશ થયેલો છે.

When addressing a Western audience, Maharaj Charan Singh often took the Gospels of the New Testament as the basis of his discourse. The original book in English was transcribed from such talks and presents a mystic interpretation of the Gospel according to John, explaining the universal truths it contains which transcend religious doctrine. The Gospel is quoted verse by verse with Maharaj Charan Singh’s explanations following each verse. Each Chapter ends with questions and answers about various aspects of the Bible and the Christian religion.
