Sultán Bahu
 Sultán Bahu fue un Místico sufí, contemporáneo de Bulleh Shah, que vivió durante el siglo XVII y llegó a ser uno de los Santos sufís más queridos del Norte de la India. Sultán Bahu escribió su principal obra poética en lengua punjabi, usando la forma de cuarteto (abiyat). Su poesía, que tiene el sabor de la poesía mística persa, habla extensamente de la realización espiritual, del amor por el Maestro (Murshid), y también denuncia la religión ortodoxa con sus rituales vacíos y observancias externas.
