ਇਹ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ (1884-1951 ਈ.) ਦੇ ਸਤਿਸੰਗਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਹੈ। ਰਸਾਇਣ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਫ਼ੇਸਰ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਤੇ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਸਤਿਸੰਗ ਸੰਖੇਪ, ਅਸਾਨ, ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਕੂਲ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਤਿਸੰਗਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਸਮਝਾਇਆ ਹੈ—ਗੁਰੂ, ਆਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਪਤਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਤਮਾ, ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਸੱਚੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੱਚੇ ਘਰ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
