यस पुस्तकमा सरदार बहादुर जगत सिंहजी महाराज (इ. १८८४-१९५१) का सत्संगहरू सङ्गृहीत छन् । उहाँ रसायनशास्त्रका प्रोफेसर हुनुभएका नाताले उहाँका सत्संग संक्षिप्त, सरल, स्पष्ट र विषयसँग सम्बन्धित हुन्थे । उहाँले आफ्ना सत्संगमा गुरु, आत्माको पतन र कुन तरिकाबाट आत्मा प्रभुको साँचो नामका सहायतबाट फर्केर आफ्नो असली घर पुग्न सक्दछ भन्ने विषयहरूमा राम्ररी प्रष्ट्याएर सम्झाउनुभएको छ ।
