यह संक्षिप्त पुस्तक सेना के एक अंग्रेज़ आर्मी अफ़सर द्वारा लिखी गई है। यह पुस्तक उन्होंने सेवा से निवृत होने के बाद लिखी। यह संतमत की शिक्षा के प्रमुख पहलुओं पर प्रकाश डालती है। इसमें आध्यात्मिकता और अध्यात्म विद्या का अंतर तथा शाकाहार का महत्त्व खोलकर समझाया गया है।
