अमीर ख़ुसरो - तूती-ए-हिंद

अमीर ख़ुसरो 13वीं-14वीं सदी में होने वाले विश्व विख्यात हिंदवी-फ़ारसी कवि, विद्वान, और संगीतकार थे। अमीर ख़ुसरो को “तूती-ए-हिंद” या “भारत की आवाज़” के नाम से भी जाना जाता है क्योंकि उनको  अरबी, फ़ारसी, उर्दू, तुर्की, हिंदवी और अन्य कई भारतीय भाषाओं की अच्छी जानकारी थी। इस पुस्तक में अमीर ख़ुसरो की कुछ चुनी हुई रचनाएँ, ग़ज़लें, शे’र, विश्व प्रसिद्ध क़व्वालियाँ और दोहे शामिल किए गए हैं जिनमें प्रेम, सेवा और समर्पण जैसे आध्यात्मिक पहलुओं को उन्होंने  अलग अलग उपमाओं के ज़रिये बहुत ही दिलचस्प अंदाज़ में पेश किया है। अमीर ख़ुसरो ने प्रेम के उस अद्वैत शिखर को अनुभव किया जो धर्म और संस्कृति से ऊपर है। मुर्शिद के प्रति इसी अद्वितीय प्रेम और विरह से भरपूर रचनाएँ आज भी लोगों को भाव विभोर करती हुई रूहानी मार्ग पर श्रद्धा और समर्पण करने की प्रेरणा देती हैं।

Amir Khusrau was a world famous Hindavi-Persian poet, scholar and musician who lived in the 13th-14th century. Amir Khusrau is also known as “Tuti-e-Hind” or “Voice of India” because he had extensive knowledge of Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Turkish, Hindavi and many other Indian languages. Included in this book are selected compositions, ghazals, poems, world famous qawwalis and couplets by Amir Khusrau in which he has presented spiritual aspects like love, service and dedication in a fascinating way through different imageries.
