यह पुस्तक उत्तर प्रदेश में उन्नीसवीं शताब्दी में हुए संत मदन साहिब की रचनाओं पर आधारित है। मदन साहिब के ‘सुरत-शब्द योग’ के उपदेश को उनकी रचनाओं — नाम प्रकाश और शब्द बिलास में बड़ी अच्छी तरह समझाया गया है। इस पुस्तक के प्रथम भाग में नाम प्रकाश की विस्तार से व्याख्या की गई है और दूसरे भाग: शब्द बिलास में संकलित मदन साहिब की वाणी के मुख्य विषयों की व्याख्या की गई है।

This book is based on the writings of Madan Sahib, a nineteenth century saint from Utter Pradesh. His teachings on Surat Shabd Yog are well explained in his writings Nam Prakash and Shabd Bilas. The first part of this book contains a detailed elaboration on Nam Prakash and the second part explains the main topics that Madan Sahib has covered in the hymns of Shabd Bilas.
